Authorities are searching for a man accused of shooting two men to death and wounding a third at a Jacksonville motel late Tuesday night.

According to Lt. Martin Cass with the Jacksonville Police Department, Daryl Wiggins, 23, of North Little Rock and Brian Washington, 18, of Jacksonville were killed in the shooting outside the Americas Best Value Inn & Suite.

Michael Jenkins, 22, who was shot in the foot, was treated and released early Wednesday.

The gunman drove away from the motel in a 1984 Chevrolet Caprice, Cass said. He was believed to be carrying a .45 caliber handgun.

Police have identified Xavier Butler, 27, of Jacksonville as a suspect in the shooting.
